I called upon Clark for his expertise and advice when I finally decided to do a major renovation to my home, which was built in 1919.
The renovation was to include gutting and remodeling the kitchen,turning the existing back porch into a family room and finding a spot for a new half bath downstairs. Quite a feat to ask for 1000 square foot home close to a 100 years old. You can only imagine the various "can of worms",we would be opening up. And... I made it very clear to Clark that this renovation needed to tie into the age and charm of my existing home!
I can't begin to describe how extremely pleased I am with the finished product! Absolutely perfect in every way all because of the attention to detail put forth by Clark and his entire staff! The workmanship is impeccable. Clark always made himself available to problem solve when needed. Everything was on-time and on-budget.

A couple of years after our second child was born we knew it was time to either move to a bigger home or modify the existing one. A friend told us about Clark Logan Builders who we contacted about a possible addition. Mr Logan was pretty direct about the challenges of building such a large addition onto an 80 year old Cape Cod.He must of come back a half a dozen times before he found a solution that fit our needs and would be ascetically pleasing. He proposed a 26'x30' great room with a 12' vaulted ceiling and fireplace along with a deck.
This was perfect for our needs so he drew up the plans and got them approved by Hopewell township. Needless to say melding the new construction with the old house presented many challenges but Mr Logan met them all.
The great room addition now extends from a galley style kitchen and is the place where many friends and family gather for all occasions and our super bowl parties are legendary! We were so satisfied with their work that we subsequently hired Clark Logan Builders to remodel our master bedroom and add a new master bath.

I live in the borough of Yardley in the Rivermawr section. We experienced a major flood in September 2011. My house was severely damaged and had 4'of water in the first floor. I asked Clark to come take a look at the the damage and asked him what it would take to get my house back in shape.
Clark got back to me with ideas and an estimate within a couple of days. I felt the most comfortable with Clark and I liked the ideas he had for my home. New kitchen, two new bathrooms, and a nice new interior trim package.
I was renting the house across the street while Clark and his crew put my home back together. I asked him if he could have my renovation completed by April 30, saving me another months rent. He said it would be tight but he would do his best. Long story short, we moved in April 25.
I could not be happier with the end result! He turned my house into the home I envisioned when I first purchased the property. I get compliments constantly from family and friends on what I did with the place.
I tell them they should give all the credit to Clark!
